The gap between education and employment in Kenya is a challenge that requires innovative support. At VEP, we believe that degrees are valuable, but skills are essential. Our Vocational Mentorship program focuses on high-demand trades such as solar installation, industrial tailoring, and digital literacy. By providing youth with hands-on experience and industrial-grade equipment, we aren't just teaching them a job—we are helping them launch small village enterprises. Last year alone, over 200 graduates from our program successfully started their own businesses, proving that with the right tools, the next generation is ready to drive prosperity.
